Description
Rubber Top-Hat Bushes:
These simple rubber-only top hat bushes have no metal parts, and usually use an interference fit on the inner and/or outer diameter to hold them in place. This interference fit holds the bush in place and provides for pre-stressing of the rubber making it stiffer for normal radial, conical and torsional loads.
These bushes will slip in high axial or torsional load situations.
Materials:
All rubber-only bushes are manufactured in the UK using a blended Natural Rubber compound. Alternative materials are available on request.
