Off-the-shelf or custom design

With an estimated 5,000 products and more being added regularly, we probably have what you need. However, if you have something unusual we are a good place to start when looking for a manufacturing partner.

We specialise in rubber products, however we use wire rope, springs and other materials as required.

Most products are designed to absorb (attenuate) shock and vibration, however some are designed to resonate at specific frequencies (e.g for vibrating conveyors, tables or platforms) or purely to provide a flexible connection.

From Design to Manufacture & Testing

It is difficult to find Rubber Moulders who can consistently hold material properties and ensure a thorough cure, which is one of the reasons we do it. Our expertise and consistency in this area allow us to offer this capability to higher end precision rubber moulded engineering components e.g. bespoke seals.

Rubber shrinks as it cures, so designing a mould tool based on the final product shape can cause dimensional challenges. How it will shrink depends on a number of factors.

Compatibility challenges with the operating environment, consistency of material properties, appropriate material design, or tight tolerances (on either the material properties or dimensions), we are here to help. Prototypes or volume production.

We then fill the specification gaps and reverse engineer the rubber product to offer you an ongoing source for these parts.
