Description
Locating Rubber Bushing (Bush):
This simple Clayton locating rubber bushing (bushes) has no metal parts, and usually interface on spigot to hold them in place. This fit holds the bush in place and provides for pre-stressing of the rubber making it stiffer for normal radial, conical and torsional loads.
These bushes will slip in high axial or torsional load situations.
Materials:
All rubber-only bushes are manufactured in the UK using a blended Natural Rubber compound. Alternative materials are available on request.
