There is a lot to unpack in that name - Basic Cylindrical Male-Male anti vibration bobbin mounts, so let's take it a bit at a time. 

• These products are 'basic' as they are price focussed and therefore use lower quality materials.  For many applications, that does not matter, but if you require higher quality steel threads, or tighter consistency of spring rates from each product batch, then these are probably not the products for you.  The shape and thread quality will be reasonably consistent though.

Bobbin mounts are used in compression or compression with shear loading.  We do not recommend using them in tension or pure shear (as is the case for all similar bobbin mounts).
