Description
Sometimes known as the double ‘U’ shear mount, this design features 2 ‘soft’ axes where the rubber is deformed in shear, and one firm axis where the rubber is in compression. Suitable for isolating vibration caused by low speed machinery and shock protection for sensitive equipment.
This mount has top and bottom slots for ease of mounting onto the isolated equipment and floor or base.
The mount is often used for fans, compressors, portable generator sets (gensets), measuring and test equipment, mobile equipment, computers and electronic units, transit cases.
This mount is manufactured in our UK factory; variants are available upon request.
