Management team growth

AVMR continues to invest in its growth by adding to its management team.  Alex Sims has provisionally joined under a 3-month trial as Change Manager from AVMR’s factory shop floor.

AVMR primarily promotes from within where possible; it makes us stronger. 

We recruit based on attitude and approach to work.  The rest of the skills we need can generally be taught.  We have a diverse range of people in our team, but everyone shares the same values.  We believe in giving opportunities to those who consistently deliver and try to make tomorrow better than today.
