What are Peened Car Suspension Bushings?
Peened car suspension bushings, or bushes are essentally two metal (usually) tubes with a sandwich of rubber between them. The rubber is either fully or partially bonded to the metal components. In order to limit axial movement within the bushing, the outer metal is 'bent over', or peened. This also restricts both radial and conical movement of the bushing.
AVMR have a range of off-the-shelf single and double bonded Peened bushes (bushings) but we can manufacture almost any bush on the market. We have tooling to manufacture more bushes than in the below list, however these have been de-listed due to low demand. Please contact us if you cannot see a bush you require.
We have options on plating, product size and materials used for both the substrate and the rubber, so get in touch if you cannot see something that meets your needs.
